Steinfeld Law assisted with the acquisition of a 41 bed care home. The acquisition would add a further home to their existing portfolio of homes in the East Sussex area. Steinfeld Law assisted on the purchase of the trading company, including advice on structure and refinancing the whole group with Barclays Bank Plc who also funded the purchase.
