Steinfeld Law acted for Arkadin Limited, a company owned by Simon Burstein, the luxury fashion retailer, on its purchase of two industrial units at Thamesview 130 Business Park, Canvey Island.
The units are to be leased to the Charfleet Book Bindery, a company owned by Simon Burstein which showcases fine British craftsmanship through its manufacture and sale of a range of high-quality bespoke diaries, journals, luxury stationery, business gifts and leatherbound goods.
